Be gentle with the crystals by avoiding scrubbing them, and if hair gets stuck, remove it gently.

Please avoid the horse wearing the halter every day in the paddock, avoid rain and debris.

Check regularly that the spikes stay closed to prevent the crystals from falling out. Do not wash with strong soaps, and do not allow oil and grease to get into the stones, which can loosen the glue.

Polish the stone individually, preferably with a polishing cloth, using small movements with a weak soap or soapy solution.
